Ingredients

  • 3 oz 
    Gelatins, Dry Mix
  • 3 oz 
    Gelatins, Dry Mix
  • 1 2/3 cup 
    Orange Juice
  • 1 2/3 cup 
    Grapefruit Juice, canned
  • 1 1/2 cup 
    Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 med 
    Florida Oranges
  • 1 med 
    Grapefruit

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix both gelatin.

2. Heat orange juice in microwave for 1 minute or until hot. Add hot orange juice to gelatin and stir until dissolved.

3. Add grapefruit juice and let mixture sit at room temperature.

4. When thick, but not set, beat in whipping cream and blend well.

5. Line the bottom of a 6-cup circular mold with orange and grapefruit sections.

6. Fill with the gelatin mixture and chill until firm. The fruit will end up rising when set.
